Booking cancellation in Holiday season and July - August
- IYHA reserves the right to charge the credit card whose details you provided when making the reservation starting 48 hours before the booked accommodation date.
- Any change, reservation update or other special request (including a change in the check-in or check-out date) – is subject to written approval in advance from the hostel.
- All requests must include the guest’s name and order number. These requests will be accommodated subject to room availability, and may incur additional fees.
- Please present your booking confirmation upon arrival.

Membership card holders will be given a discount from the full accommodation price upon presentation of a valid card subject to the conditions.
When booking a deal (Packages / Promotions / Hamshush) - no additional discounts will be given. - It is forbidden to light a fire (including barbecues) anywhere on the hostel premises.
- Animals are not allowed anywhere on the hostel premises except guide dogs.
- Our customers’ confidentiality will be fully maintained and credit details will not be disclosed to any third party, subject to the law.
- Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT (Value-Added Tax). This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the hostel.
- Accessibility information for people with disabilities can be found on the website or in the hostel.
- This site complies with the PCI-DSS security standard.

- From 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee of the booking value.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival / non-arrival to the hostel – full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Up to 8 days prior to arrival - free of charge.
- From 8 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee of the booking value.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival / non-arrival to the hostel – full amount of the reservation will be charged.

This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost. - I.Y.H.A may charge the payments owed from the booking, including the amounts resulting from cancellation or non-arrival by charging the credit card provided for security purposes at the time of the booking. the amount charged will be based on the specified cancellation terms.

- Your confirmation of this booking serves as confirmation of the booking.
- Cancellation of a booking in case of entry into quarantine due to the COVID 19 - will be done free of charge with the approval of the hostel only. IYHA reserves the right to request an appropriate confirmation.
